Product information
With the Milescraft PocketJig400™, creating professional-quality pocket holes has never been easier. If you want to avoid the more time-consuming traditional wood joints when building furniture and picture frames, for example, with 90° connections or 45° miter joints, it may be beneficial to use pocket hole joinery as an alternative to screws. The robust metal construction of the PocketJig400™ is designed for long-lasting durability. Steel drill guides can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally to the workpiece. A convenient storage drawer includes markings for common material thicknesses, making depth stop adjustments quick and easy. For mobile work or repairs in otherwise hard-to-reach places, the L-shaped clamping base of the PocketJig400™ is removable, allowing the device to be positioned by hand and secured with a clamp, making it usable almost anywhere. For stationary or semi-stationary work, the 19 mm high base plate can be screwed to a workbench or board using countersunk holes. For mobile use, a stop or a clamping plate can optionally be screwed to one end. The fixture is then secured to a surface with a clamp using the latter option.
