With the Milescraft DrawerJig™, the time required for drawer assembly can be significantly reduced while simultaneously increasing accuracy. This pair of jigs is suitable for standard frameless cabinets (Europe) or face frame cabinets (North America). Stops, tabs, and integrated spirit levels ensure that the jigs can be precisely aligned. After installing the slides inside, the supports can be flipped and mounted externally. Here, they provide support for mounting the drawer onto the slides. Each side of the jigs features 8 soft non-slip pads. These, in conjunction with clamps, prevent unwanted movement and protect the inside of cabinets from scratches. However, if necessary, the jig can also be screwed in place. For this purpose, there are 3 openings available.
The assembly aid is made from impact-resistant ABS plastic and, thanks to internal reinforcements, is extremely warp-resistant despite its light weight. It takes the fear out of the work and is suitable for a wide variety of different types of drawer slides, including telescopic slides.
