With the DrillmatePro, Milescraft introduces a counterpart to the long-established Drillmate that stands up to any comparison in this segment. Proven features have been retained or even improved, and sensible new details have been implemented, setting new qualitative standards for this mobile drill stand in its entirety.

Designed in terms of material choice and construction for professional applications, as evidenced by the exceptionally large chuck capacity, the weight (almost entirely made of metal!), and the available accessories.

Robust construction for guided drilling at a wide range of possible angles, which can be infinitely fixed. It includes a practical parking position for the chuck key, ensuring it is always quickly at hand without the need for a lengthy search.

Thoughtful, solid, with high utility value:

• Smooth Gliding: Extruded aluminum guide head with bronze bushings for minimal play, smooth operation, and thus better control.
• Double Spring Design: Provides better balance. To enable even greater drilling depth, springs and depth stops can be easily removed.
• Independent Depth Stop: This features its own guide rod, allowing for much more comfortable adjustment without having to work against the spring.
• Drilling Round Material: Proven V-groove holds and centers workpieces with a round cross-section.
• Easy Centering: Supplied centering pins can be screwed into different positions above or below the base plate depending on the size of the workpiece. Additionally, custom-made auxiliary stops can be attached here. The insertable centering plate allows for precise positioning of the drill stand.
• Stable Stand: The large base plate with internal ribs (weight saving without loss of torsional rigidity) reliably prevents wobbling even under unfavorable conditions. The removable rubber feet also prevent slipping and protect sensitive workpiece surfaces. If needed, the DrillMatePRO designed for mobile applications can also be permanently mounted on any surface for stationary use; countersunk holes are provided for this purpose.
• Secure Hold: The guide head has a locking function to hold it in position when changing drill bits or setting the depth.
• Good Grip: Large rubberized controls made of rubberized plastic for fixing and holding provide additional control when drilling.
• Repeatability: With the DrillFence™ available as an accessory (328679, not included!), holes can be drilled at consistent distances from a reference edge.
