Product information
From „ERSTA” comes the ideal sandpaper for wood. It can also be used for dry sanding of varnishes and plastics. It is less densely scattered than waterproof sandpaper, so it does not clog as quickly. The grit used is corundum. It is not quite as hard and slightly less sharp than silicon carbide – desirable for a soft material like wood because then the scratch formation is not as pronounced. The „ERSTA SUPER CUT” we offer is fully resin-bonded and should not be confused with cheap flint paper or partially resin-bonded sandpaper – even from the same brand. „ERSTA SUPER CUT” is flexible due to the addition of latex and has dust-repellent additives in the top bond that prevent sanding dust from adhering to the grit surface. This significantly extends the service life.
