In this SIMPLEX mallet, special D50mm striking inserts are built into the D40mm housing. The oversized striking surfaces provide maximum protection for delicate work on sensitive surfaces.
The blue TPE-soft insert is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series, offering strong damping and thus suitable for delicate tasks. Unlike conventional rubber mallets, it does not leave unwanted black marks.
The superplastic insert allows for greater striking force than the TPE-soft insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and durable.
The extra lightweight aluminum housing with integrated handle protection sleeve allows the user to control and determine the striking force well. This makes it possible to work with break-sensitive materials. It also makes the mallet a very lightweight tool that is easy to carry.
According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and upgradeable. This not only saves money but also conserves resources.
