In this SIMPLEX – dead blow hammer, special D50mm inserts are incorporated into the D40mm housing. The oversized striking faces provide maximum protection for delicate workpieces with sensitive surfaces.
The blue TPE-soft insert is the softest in the SIMPLEX series, highly damping and thus suitable for sensitive work. Compared to a conventional rubber mallet, it does not leave unwanted black residue.
The superplastic insert allows for greater impact force than the TPE-soft insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injected plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and durable.
According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and upgradeable. This not only saves money but also resources.
