This dressing block made of steel is designed to re-flatten hollow-ground sharpening stones and comes as a set with one bottle each of coarse and medium silicon carbide powder. The flat steel plate is grooved to better absorb the grinding slurry. This set is the version for the Japanese market.
- First, wet the surface of this dressing block with water, then sprinkle with correction powder.
- Place the uneven surface of the sharpening stone on the dressing block and smooth the sharpening stone by rubbing it back and forth.
