With these dressing blocks in a comfortable size, hollow-ground sharpening stones can be flattened quite quickly. Unlike the dressing stones made of silicon carbide offered above, the JUUMA dressing blocks are made of aluminum oxide, which, with its higher sharpness, offers better grip than silicon carbide. Manganese has been added to these stones to increase shape stability, which is responsible for their pink color. Rub two dressing blocks of different grit sizes against each other with the working surface to reliably maintain the flatness of these blocks.
