NT-Dresser - Grinding files with replaceable grinding plates

This sanding system consists of a plastic handle and replaceable abrasive metal plates. These sanding files are extremely comfortable to handle. The sanding surface of the metal plates has a long service life, and the sanding performance is immense. The Japanese manufacturer specifies the grit size as approximately 280 – 400 according to Japanese standards and labels it as „medium.” This corresponds to about 240 grit according to European standards. However, since the material is not actual grit but a metal plate, these specifications should be considered approximate.

These sanding files are very versatile in their application. They are suitable, for example, for removing burrs from plastics as well as for the fine finishing of wood surfaces. The round shapes are particularly suitable for the fine finishing of recesses in wood and plastic.
