Clamping Set: "4-Way Equal Pressure Clamp"

• Ideal for gluing larger workpieces, such as tabletops.
• Easy assembly: Simply screw the „toothed rails” onto beams (not included!), as well as the clamping jaws onto the clamping elements.
• Easy application: Clamping elements with spring mechanism ensure that the „package” of toothed rails with beams and lamellas to be glued does not fall apart.
• Because pressure is applied from 4 sides simultaneously, the individual lamellas of equal strength are not only reliably pressed against each other but are also aligned into a plane with minimal offset. The nearly flush top and bottom surfaces reduce the necessary rework to an unavoidable minimum!
• The length of the beams naturally depends on the width of the workpiece to be glued. The adjustment to the workpiece width is made via the notches of the toothed rails and the spindle. If these options are not sufficient for narrow workpieces and long beams, a strip or board can bridge the difference. Of course, shorter beams can also be used in such cases.
• The minimum material thickness of the material to be glued is 15 mm. The maximum clamping capacity also depends on the height of the beams. In practical use, beams with a cross-section of about 40 × 60 mm have proven themselves. With these, boards and planks of typical thicknesses can be processed with plenty of room to spare.
• We recommend applying adhesive tape to the beams in the clamping area so that excess glue does not adhere to the beams but can be easily removed from the tape after the work is done.

Scope of delivery:

• Rear clamping element and front clamping element with metal crank (spindle travel: 140 mm)
• 2 clamping jaws, width 155 mm, which can be replaced by a suitable DIY solution if needed, and 4 plastic toothed rails (2 pieces L x W x H 328 × 38 × 19 mm, 2 pieces L x W x H 175 × 38 × 19 mm)
• Sufficiently dimensioned fastening material (12 + 4 screws) for screwing the clamping jaws to the clamping elements and the clamping elements to the beams (not included)
