This carbide-tipped insert lettering router bit is suitable for V-grooves, sign making, and miter work.

90-degree angle for optimal cutting quality
The innovative design allows you to use the same insert knives FOUR times. Once the insert knife shows signs of wear and corrosion, you can rotate it to achieve a brand-new cut. Equipped with a special set screw to avoid issues and ensure maximum safety.
For use on handheld machines, CNC routers, and machining centers.

While it is possible to resharpen the indexable inserts on a diamond sharpening stone, they naturally lose the inherent advantages of indexable inserts: dimensional accuracy and the associated repeatability of the cut.

One more note: due to their design, the imbalance in indexable insert cutters is somewhat greater than in standard cutters. All quality manufacturers of indexable insert cutters, including Sistemi Klein, succeed in minimizing this, so that it generally does not become noticeable in practical everyday use. You can make the best contribution by only using quality routers from well-known manufacturers that have good bearings installed, and by not choosing a router motor that is too small.

Note: A Torx T15 key is included for changing the indexable inserts.
