This miter box from Japan is infinitely adjustable in both angle and tilt. Therefore, it is suitable for miters, compound cuts, and of course, simple right-angle cuts. The included saw has an angled pistol grip made of soft plastic and a blade length of 265 mm.
The saw blade has a width of approximately 63 mm. With a vertical cut depth of 50 mm, about 13 mm remain in the guide. This can be considered the maximum cutting height.
Note: It is often asked whether this miter box is also suitable for profiles. Yes, but only to a limited extent, if the molding has at least two right angles: one for the stop of the miter box and one as a support on the worktable.
Delivery includes saw, protractor, side stop, stop for longer cuts, setting gauge, angle wrench.
