This saw guide allows even the inexperienced to create perfect dovetail joints, while the professional can work much faster than before. This guide is designed so that by simply repositioning the screw mounting, both the tails and the pins can be cut. An integrated magnet on each side ensures that the saw is always in contact with the guide. These magnets are covered by plastic plates that ensure the saw glides very smoothly along the guide.
The saw should also be only moderately set, as the plastic glide plate protrudes only 0.1 mm/0.005 inch beyond the edge of the saw guide. This means that if your saw blade is, for example, 1 mm thick, the kerf (set) should not exceed 1.2 mm.
