This roll-up bag made from durable polyester microfiber is suitable for a variety of tools, especially for chisels, rasps, and files.
Often, there is a question of whether to insert the tools with the cutting edge or the handle into the fabric pocket. Generally, it’s handled such that chisels are inserted blade-first, while carving tools are inserted handle-first to keep the edge visible. This prevents the need to remove all tools when searching for a specific one.
We recommend: Insert all tools handle-first into the bag so you can always see which tool you want to grab. When rolled up, the sturdy fabric positions itself between the cutting edges, preventing them from knocking against each other. These roll-up bags are suitable for most chisels and carving tools we offer. An exception is the carpenter’s chisels from Kirschen and MHG, whose handles are too thick. Pay attention to the handle diameter specified in the product description of the chisels.
