The practicality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of a good commercially available router table for the router are highly appreciated by many users. However, if you still want to build your own router table or need a special fixture for your router, you can save a lot of time with the help of this routing template. This template, made from 19 mm (3/4 inch) thick MDF, is manufactured on computer-controlled machines to create a perfectly fitting cutout for INCRA MagnaLOCK mounting plates or the INCRA router lifts. The wide edge of the template allows it to be securely clamped even on very large router tables. If you prefer, this edge also provides ample area to fix the template with double-sided tape. A flush trim bit (with a guide bearing on the shank side) with a cutting length of 13 – 19 mm (1/2 – 3/4 inch) is ideally suited for using this template.
