JessEm Rout-R-Lift Prestige with Blank Plate

Finally, a router lift that fits many routers! An American manufacturer has designed this with the European market in mind, recognizing that in Europe, a construction principle prevails where the router motor is firmly connected to the router base. With this lift, the router base is directly screwed onto an underside mounting ring. Made from cast aluminum parts typically used in aircraft construction, this creates a highly precise device for clamping and fine-tuning routers.

The Rout-R-Lift Prestige allows you to quickly and very precisely adjust the height of the router bit (routing depth) using an included crank. The adjustment is conveniently done from above. You can also change the router bit from above.

JessEm uses a proven system in this model consisting of a total of five sealed ball bearings on the adjustment screw and the locking mechanism. The result is high ease of movement. The lock, which closes with a quarter turn, is also operated from above (with the hand crank for height adjustment) and ensures that the height setting does not change during routing.

The router plate made of anodized aluminum measures 298 × 235 mm with a thickness of 9.5 mm. It is thus compatible with all Incra router tables. The included red insert ring made of fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate has a central hole with a diameter of 51 mm and is fixed in the router plate using an included key. We recommend ordering additional insert rings to accommodate every router bit size.

The router is simply mounted with the router base on the round mounting ring on the underside of the lift. The necessary screws for the models listed below are included in the delivery.

This lift is delivered with an unbored mounting ring. On this ring, you can also mount routers that are not listed above. You only need to drill the holes yourself. Also, this version does not include mounting screws for routers.

The mounting ring has an outer diameter of 183 mm, the central hole has a diameter of 96 mm, and is 8 mm thick. The router base of your router must be mountable in this area.
