INCRA-Jessem Mast-R-Lift

This router lift is the result of a collaboration between Incra and the Canadian router lift manufacturer JessEm. Crafted from cast aluminum parts typically used in aircraft construction, it is a highly precise device for clamping and fine-tuning routers.

The Mast-R-Lift II allows for quick and very precise adjustment of the router height (cutting depth). The adjustment is conveniently made from the surface of the router table. You also have the option to change the router bit from above.

This new model uses a unique system of a total of five sealed ball bearings on the adjustment screw and lock, making it the smoothest-operating router lift ever made. The lock, which can be closed with a quarter turn, is also operated from above (using the hand crank for height adjustment) and ensures that the height setting does not change during routing.

• INCRA MagnaLOCK reducing ring system for quick and tool-free ring changes (depending on the diameter of the router bit used) with 5 steel rings – 9.5 mm (3/8 inch), 25 mm (1 inch), 41 mm (1-5/8 inch), 67 mm (2-5/8 inch), 92 mm (3-5/8 inch)

• Router bit change from above (from the table)

• Metric version: Quick and very precise 0.05 mm height adjustment from above (scaling in mm)

• Unique, ball-bearing mechanism for particularly smooth movement and low-friction direct-drive spindle lifting mechanism with 2 mm pitch in the metric version.

• Patented thread tensioning system to eliminate vertical play in the lift mechanism (spindle nut)

• Mounting plate made of cast aluminum, precision ground (Blanchard) and anodized

• Corner-mounted eccentric screw for a secure fit in the router table

• 235 mm (9-1/4 inch) x 298 mm (11-3/4 inch) x 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) large mounting plate fits all INCRA router tables and also those of some other manufacturers

INCRA Mast-R-Lift II Compatibility:
Also improved in the Mast-R-Lift II: The mounting basket is designed to fit a wide variety of routers without an adapter. The four aluminum clamp blocks are simply rearranged on the mounting ring when switching from one router to another.
