These T-slot nuts from AMF come complete with a fastening set, featuring an extra thick washer and hexagon nut. The head is forged, and the T-slot guide is precisely milled. Thread design: rolled thread. Sizes M8 to M12 are tempered to strength class 10.9, while M14 is to 8.8. Suitable for a wide range of applications: clamping machine vices on the base plate of drill stands, mounting sliding stops on T-slot rails, etc.
When selecting, pay attention to the dimensions in relation to the letter abbreviations. „D” stands for the thread designation (M8) and should not be confused with „A” (shaft diameter) as both measurements can differ significantly. „A” (shaft diameter) is always a few tenths of a mm below the slot width.
