JUUMA Smoothing Planes

JUUMA Smoothing Plane no. 4 The plane's body is made of stress-relieved gray cast iron. The frog is made of brass. The 3 mm thick high carbon steel blade is hardened to 61 - 63 HRC and connected with a thick and stable chipbreaker. The handles are made of Cherrywood. With the introduction of this plane we trust to have closed the large gap between the cheap planes and the premium planes. This plane is the missing link regarding quality and price.
