Harness the suction power of your shop vacuum to capture dust right where it’s generated, even during previously very dusty tasks such as routing grooves or creating finger joints and dovetails. The laser-cut steel rings have special openings at strategic positions that significantly enhance airflow and thus dust extraction when used with the CleanSweep dust collection box and your 100 mm (4 inch) vacuum hose. The rings fit all INCRA MagnaLOCK plates and router lifts manufactured from 2006 onwards. They have an inner diameter of 9.5 mm (3/8 inch), 16 mm (5/8 inch), 25 mm (1 inch), 35 mm (1-3/8 inch), 41 mm (1-5/8 inch), and 48 mm (1-7/8 inch), making them suitable for a variety of bit diameters. Dust and chip extraction downwards works for all operations with the router table. Extraction through the fence, however, only works when the bit is in the cutout of the fence and the dust is generated near the fence. Downward extraction is one of the simplest ways to make working with your router table more pleasant and safer.
Compatibility notes for common router tables:
The rings are only compatible with INCRA mounting plates and router lifts from 2006 onwards, which have an opening with a diameter of 92 mm (3-5/8 inch) through the bottom of the plate. They do not fit the gray MagnaLock mounting plates made of laminate or the first, golden series of the Mast-R-Lift where the opening on the underside of the plate is 89 mm (3-1/2 inch).
