This versatile knife features an oval handle with fine grooves, providing comfortable handling and a good grip.
Designed for use with standard scalpel blades, the knife comes with 12 razor-sharp blades (four of each pictured variant), which are easy to sharpen and thus reusable. For this, we recommend the Alox Lapping Film. Small pieces of these fine lapping sheets with a grit of P 2000 and P 10000 are useful, effective, and easy to make.
A solid brass clamping sleeve combined with an anodized aluminum body allows for easy blade changes. The blade always remains aligned with the main axis of the handle.
The magnetic end cap can be removed to store six blades within the knife. The magnet in the cap prevents the blades from flying around inside the handle.
This carving knife can not only be used as such but also serves well as a regular utility knife. With a length of 160mm, it stands out for the value and craftsmanship you expect from products by Veritas.
