INCRA Miter Slider SE - Adjustable Steel Runner 25.5 in. = 648 mm

If you rely on particularly precise guides and the highest stability, these steel guides are just right. The heavy steel construction is significantly more stable than guides made of wood or plastic and does not change with temperature fluctuations or changes in humidity.

For attaching stops and fixtures, the 18-inch long guide has 4 threaded holes with 10-24 UNC coarse threads. The 10-24 coarse threaded holes match exactly the holes of the Miter Slider shown above, so existing fixtures can be adopted without modification. Additionally, there is a second row of threaded holes (3 pieces) with a standard 1/4 inch coarse thread for attaching knobs and fixtures with this thread. The 25.5-inch long guide has 6 pieces of 10-24 threaded holes and 4 pieces of 1/4 inch threaded holes.

The nylon width adjustment screws allow for an almost play-free setting in 3/4-inch slots. At both ends of the guide, there are removable hold-down nuts for the T-slot to effectively prevent lifting in the T-slot.

The Miter Slider is suitable for slots that are 3/4 inch (19.05 mm) wide and 3/8 inch (9.52 mm) deep. If a T-slot is present, it should widen at the bottom to 15/16 inch (23.8 mm) to accommodate the sliding guide with hold-down nuts that prevent the guide from lifting. Please note the tolerances in width! The slot must be between 0.740 inch and 0.765 inch (18.8 to 19.4 mm) wide. Narrower or wider slots are not suitable! The Miter Slider SE is NOT suitable for fixtures that are to be clamped in the slot.

The Miter Slider SE has a slight undersize in width: 18.7 mm
