If you don’t want to build a wooden fence for the Original Jig yourself, this fence system is the ideal addition for the Original Incra Jig. It includes everything you need to create a variety of wood joints. The 508 mm long fence is made of double-sided laminated MDF with a milled T-slot and a recess 32 mm wide and 25 mm high for the router’s working area. All necessary fastening materials are included. The two-piece movable sub-fence made of aluminum for the feed is 171 mm wide and can be mounted so that it extends significantly over 120 mm beyond the worktop. This allows workpieces to be guided precisely vertically and at right angles without problems, for example, when end-grain dovetailing is required. The double-laminated stop made of MDF is used when the cut should not be continuous, such as with hidden dovetails. A T-slot in this stop allows for the installation of additional auxiliary stops if needed.
