Heavy Duty dust collection box from JessEm

While the dust extraction of a router table through the fence already offers a significant advantage in terms of cleanliness, the extraction via a dust collection box down through the router table plate provides further improvement towards a dust-free workshop. Not only does the air remain largely clean, but safety is also enhanced and work results are improved. Additionally, the noise level of the router is reduced. JessEm has not spared any expense in terms of material or workmanship with its production in Canada. The approximately 1.5 mm thick, matte black steel sheet stands for stability and durability, and the thoughtful construction guarantees a convincing, reliable function. Although suitable for many other routers or router motors, this box has been specifically tailored and optimized for use with the Pow-R-Tek SR motor. It truly shines when paired with this motor and the separately available hose adapter kit:

• The double air intake system ensures that only cool fresh air is drawn in, guaranteeing that the motor can be operated continuously. This effectively prevents chips and dust from clogging the motor.
• Optimal for the Pow-R-Tek SR motor in combination with the INCRA JessEm Mast-R-Lift II or, even more comfortably, with the Mast-R-Lift Excel II. For the latter, there is an optional opening on the right side.
• On the left side, there is a removable plate that reveals a generous cutout and, together with the front door, which closes securely with a magnet, allows for the convenient subsequent removal or installation of a router motor or router.
• On the back, there is the low-positioned connection for extraction hoses. From above, the hose can be fed from a fence. Downward facing, the larger hose connection is directly attachable to an extraction system or an intermediate cyclone.

The box is delivered disassembled but can be assembled without difficulty in a short time.
