With the help of this 20 mm drill bushing made of hardened steel and a 38 mm thick piece of wood, you can build a guide for drilling holes for bench dogs.
The knurling on the outside of the drill bushing ensures a firm grip when you insert the bushing into a 25 mm hole. The protruding rim ensures that the bushing stands perpendicular to the surface of the guide.
For drilling the holes for the bench dogs, we offer a 20 mm drill bit with a length of 200 mm. This is long enough to drill through the guide and also through thick workbenches. The two pre-cutters of the drill bit ensure a clean hole edge and smooth walls.
