This set not only provides the ability to mill small and large circles quickly and easily, but it also includes a practical table extension (OffsetBase™) that effectively prevents the router from tipping over when profiling edges by enlarging the support surface. The conveniently positioned large knob significantly improves the guidance of the router.

With this affordable solution, there is no need to build such a device yourself, especially since the set includes everything needed to mill circles with diameters from 38 to 1320 mm.

The TurnLock™ base plate is mounted in place of the original base plate of the router and allows for a quick switch between the circle guide and the OffsetBase™. If the existing slots do not allow a precise fit for the router, they can be expanded or additional holes can be drilled.

Routers mounted on the TurnLock™ base plate can be quickly transferred to other MILESCRAFT devices, such as the PantographPRO™ or the SignPRO™, without tools. Simply activate the release mechanism with a thumb press, allowing the base plate to be removed from the bayonet lock.

Depending on the component configuration, this set can mill circles with diameters from 38 mm to 305 mm or 254 to 1320 mm. The available scales (metric and imperial) allow for direct setting of an inner or outer radius for most applications in combination with the included slot cutter. Of course, other cutters can also be used. Either account for a different diameter by appropriately adjusting the circle diameter or measure separately, e.g., with a tape measure.
