The company Maruto Hasegawa Kosakujo in Sanjo/Japan, the city with a great forging tradition, was founded in 1924 and initially only produced traditional Japanese clamps. Only later did the current main business, pliers production, develop. Today, Maruto Hasegawa Kosakujo with their brand KEIBA is one of the largest and most innovative pliers manufacturers in Japan.

We conducted the same test with a 25 mm wide steel ruler. Here it became clear that the housing of the MK.II grinding guide does not allow for the adjustment of the 45° bevel angle at all - even when attaching the adapter to the outermost edge of the mounting rail.
