Sharpening the scoring iron for pulling cuts in wood
For sharpening, we recommend the Japanese chisel sharpening sets. To sharpen the outer bevel, use the large pre-shaped stone for various chisels. For honing the mirror side (here the inner side opposite the bevel), we recommend cutting a small piece off the convex-shaped stone due to the specific shape of this tool to access the mirror surface. Works well with a hacksaw!
