The wood twist drills from Fisch in inch sizes also have optimized pre-cutters to enable particularly clean drilling. These pre-cutters are drawn similarly to those on good auger bits. They ensure the pulling down and cutting of the wood fibers before the hole is drilled. These drills are versatile: besides wood, they are also suitable for wood composites, MDF, and even acrylic glass.
With centering point, 2 main cutting edges, and 2 pre-cutters for precise and clean drilling in softwoods and European hardwoods.
