With the exact same cutting geometry as the proven round shank wood twist drills from Fisch, these drills come with a bit shank. When frequently changing drills during assembly, you are perfectly equipped with these bit drills.
The Fisch bit drills have optimized pre-cutters to allow especially clean drilling. These pre-cutters are drawn similar to those in good auger bits. They ensure the pulling down and cutting through of wood fibers before the hole is drilled. These drills made of HSS steel are versatile: in addition to wood, they are also suitable for wood composites, MDF, and even acrylic glass.
Equipped with a centering tip, 2 main cutting edges, and 2 pre-cutters for precise and clean drilling in softwoods and European hardwoods.
Compatible with all three-jaw chucks of drills and most 6.35 mm hex bit holders of screwdrivers.
