This toggle clamp automatically adjusts the clamping height steplessly while maintaining nearly constant clamping force, without needing to change the position of the pressure screw. This makes the time-consuming manual height adjustment a thing of the past. Instead of the usual rubber-covered screw head, the Bessey toggle clamps have a swiveling pressure plate with a removable soft plastic protective cap. The lever is horizontal in the clamping position. The hole pattern of the base plate fits both mm and inch hole series. The handle is made of a two-component plastic.
