With this mounting plate, you can use toggle clamps wherever there is a 19 mm hole, or where you can create one. This allows you to quickly change the position of the clamps without having to screw them down again. Since the toggle clamp is mounted on the 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) thick aluminum plate, the maximum clamping height increases by 9.5 mm when clamped horizontally. The minimum clamping height does not change, so you can still clamp a workpiece as thin as a sheet of paper. For push-pull clamps, mounting on the plate increases the height (center of the pressure screw) to 32 mm (1-1/4 Inch). The necessary screws for mounting are included in the delivery.
The shaft is 127 mm long and thick enough to fit easily into 19 mm (3/4 Inch) holes and tilt slightly when clamping. The ribs on the shaft prevent it from moving upwards during clamping.
