Our auger bits with SDS-plus shank combine high drilling performance with ease of use and are specifically designed for woodworking. Thanks to the SDS-plus connection, they can be securely and quickly used in common rotary hammers or machines with a suitable quick-change system—ideal for fast and efficient drilling in wood.
The pronounced spiral shape ensures fast chip removal and clean drill holes, even in deep drilling. Thanks to the centering threaded tip, the drill bit sets precisely and automatically pulls itself into the wood—a benefit for series drilling or overhead work.
These SDS-plus auger bits are excellent for carpentry, joinery, and assembly work, such as drilling through holes and dowel holes, beam connections, or installations.
The auger bits with SDS-plus shank are not intended for precise drilling. The characteristics of the machines and chucks used are not accurate enough for that. But when it comes to speed and power, these drill bits play to their strengths, and the tool change is extremely fast with these chucks.
