This fence allows you to build a shooting board that can handle not only right angles. A spring-loaded pin locks at 0°, 18°, 22.5°, 25.7°, 30°, 36°, 45°, and 60°. This enables you to quickly and precisely set the fence for right angles and miters for ten-, eight-, seven-, six-, five-, four-, and three-sided frames. All angles in between can be set using an adjustable handle.
The fence is cast from a durable zinc-aluminum alloy, with the other parts made of steel or brass. It can be easily mounted on a homemade shooting board for right- or left-handed users using the included screws. The fence has a slot where you can attach a homemade auxiliary fence. This prevents tear-out on the workpiece by supporting it from behind.
The plane and the wooden board are not included.
