Innovative sawhorse made from steel sheet, dimensioned as needed, thick enough to withstand the loads encountered, yet not too thick to save weight. The latter can be particularly important for mobile use in carpentry or joinery businesses.
The development focused on achieving the lowest possible weight and high load-bearing capacity, with a particular emphasis on compact transport dimensions combined with a time-saving folding mechanism. Both setup and takedown take only a few seconds, hence the name. The release button in the middle serves to unfold the legs, while folding them is done by activating the levers at both ends.
There are foldable supports on one side of the legs to quickly have materials at hand or to bring panels, windows, and doors to working height. Non-slip supports on the top, with 8 holes for attaching a sacrificial board or timber.
Can be coupled with a second unit through timbers mounted on the sides. Corresponding cutouts (38 × 50 mm) are located on the left and right of the support surface. We recommend securing the timbers using screws, holes are provided, or other constructive measures. There are hardly any limits to your imagination, allowing you to choose dimensions for an individually optimal height. The combination of two speedhorses coupled with timbers provides a solid base for supporting one or more panels, thus creating a robust mobile work table. To protect sensitive floor coverings such as wooden floors, cork, and tiles, the legs are equipped with plastic feet.
