You’ve probably noticed right away.
After many months of preparation, our new shop system is now online.
Much has changed, some things are different, but we are confident that the new system is overall better and especially the search function offers significant improvements.

What about my customer account?

We were able to transfer the master data of registered customers.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to migrate old order information.
If you need information about previous orders, feel free to contact us – we’ll gladly provide it.

Does my current password still work?

Due to data protection regulations, we were not allowed to transfer your previous password.
To set a new one, please use the "Forgot password" function.

What about my wish list(s)?

Wish lists could not be automatically transferred to the new system.
However, we can manually transfer the items from a wish list upon request.
There will now only be one wish list per customer – not multiple lists.
Since the old system made it difficult to create lists, many customers didn’t use them. Now, adding items to your wish list is much easier – just click the heart icon on the product.

Is the new shop already completely finished?

Probably never really “finished”. We’ll continue working on it intensively in the coming weeks and months.
Many new links will be added, we’ll make further improvements, revise texts, supplement product details, and add more images.

We appreciate your understanding – and perhaps your patience – if something isn’t quite running smoothly yet.

We are happy to have taken this step and are confident we’ll be able to respond to changes faster, add more new products, and make our offering more diverse and interesting. We’re also glad to have you with us on this journey.
