This robust vise, made of steel and cast iron (hammer finish paint blue), impresses with generous use of material. Thanks to the table clamp, it is mobile and yet quickly and reliably attachable to almost any tabletop exactly where it is needed. It can be just as swiftly dismantled after the work is done.
The main body can rotate about 60° on the table clamp. Independently, the ball housing with a recess for the horizontal tilting of the clamping plate neck can be flexibly positioned 360°. The clamping is secured „rock-solid” via the two small wrench keys. This allows the clamping plate to be positioned practically in any required position, enabling ergonomic working.
To attach to the workpiece itself, the clamping plate can be unscrewed by loosening a set screw (required Allen key: 4 mm, not included [Link to 337424/337491]). The object is fixed using screws through three elongated holes, which are conically designed on the underside of the plate. This unit can then be reassembled in reverse order.
