Carbon steels can achieve a significantly higher sharpness compared to alloyed, stainless steels! These blades are easily sharpenable, and whether it’s economical for you to do so is a decision you have to make at this price.
The blade can be easily replaced: Lift the lever upwards, and the blade will be loose. Then insert the blade in the indicated arrow direction and close the lever. This ensures the blade sits securely. Made from stainless steel!
