A simple design with excellent craftsmanship characterizes this cutter from the Japanese manufacturer NALBIE. The blade can be easily extended or retracted with one hand and locked in place at any point using the knurled screw.
The ability for stepless blade locking between 0 and 42 mm in length makes this knife very versatile in its applications. For example, the blade can be set so short for opening boxes that only the cardboard is cut and not the contents inside.
The blade is stainless! Changing the blades is very simple by loosening the knurled screw, inserting the new blade, and then tightening the screw again. The blades are also resharpenable.
