The movement of the lever of these push rod clamps is converted into an axial movement of the push rod. The clamping height automatically adjusts steplessly with almost consistent clamping force without the need to change the position of the pressure screw. The clamping force is adjustable up to 2,500 N depending on the setting of the adjustment screw in the joint. The hole pattern of the base plate fits both mm and inch hole series. The handle is made of a two-component plastic.
This allows the Bessey push rod clamps to be easily attached to multifunction tables such as Festool MFT or Sortimo WorkMo, or on self-built tables. The M8 × 35 cylinder screw with hexagon socket is inserted from above into the middle hole of the base plate. From below, the aluminum cylinder with internal thread is screwed against it. The cylinder has a diameter of 19.8 mm and thus fits precisely into any hole with a 20 mm diameter. The length of the cylinder is 17 mm. The push rod clamp is fixed on the table with the cord handle. Suitable for plate thicknesses of 19 to 25 mm.
