These precise, stable, and lightweight cutting rulers made of aluminum feature stainless steel inserts on both edges to protect the aluminum body from the cutter blade. Two wide rubber strips on the underside effectively prevent slipping. Since these rulers are made of lightweight aluminum, they allow for fatigue-free use even during extended periods.
For good readability of the scales, the ruler is black-coated and features large white lettering. Since these rulers are manufactured for the Japanese market, there are two scales on the rail: alongside the metric scale, there is also "Shaku" (303 mm or 10/33 m) with individual graduations at the numbers "Sun" (30.3 mm or 1/33 m). "Shaku" is used on the high edge, while the metric scale is used on the beveled edge.
