Your saw blade has a bore of 30 mm, but the motor shaft of your circular saw only has a diameter of 20 mm? This reducing ring solves the problem. Ensure that this reducing ring is never thicker than the saw blade body. However, it can be slightly thinner. The reducing ring has a serration on the outer edge with a slight diameter oversize. It is hammered into the bore of the saw blade and then has a tight fit.
