The decking drill consists of 3 components:
- A drill with an overall length of 110 mm and a drilling depth of 50 mm, which reduces to 42 mm when using the countersink. The drill shaft has a diameter of 7 mm in the area where the countersink is attached. The attachment is a 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) hex.
- A countersink with a corresponding inner diameter of 7 mm, an outer diameter of 12 mm, and a length of 44 mm.
- A depth stop ring, which is the same as offered in our depth stop ring assortment. This depth stop ring has a rotating plastic cap that does not rotate when in contact with the workpiece. This prevents unsightly marks caused by friction heat.
Make the screws invisible by creating wooden plugs from scrap wood using the included plug cutter and covering the countersunk screws with them.
