With this featherboard, you can adjust the distance to the stop independently of the featherboard’s position.
- The two additional knobs allow you to easily adjust the distance from the stop for different material thicknesses.
- Once you have positioned the featherboards parallel to the stop, they remain parallel when adjusting the distance.
- The tips of the featherboards are rounded and perfectly flat, ensuring they do not leave marks on the workpiece.
- The featherboards are made of high-quality, impact-resistant plastic cast.
- Scope of delivery: 1 piece. Includes mounting parts for 19 mm slots and 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) T-slots. (These fit, for example, with Incra’s T-slot rails) This ensures versatile application both directly on the router table and on the stop.
- The comb is 13 mm wide. The pressing length is 100 mm.
*The maximum distance between the edge of the 19 mm slot and the workpiece is approximately 105 mm in the configuration shown in image 1. In the configuration shown in image 4, this distance can be up to 210 mm. You only need to remove the red comb part and reinsert it in reverse. This is particularly useful if you are using a larger self-built router table where the 19 mm slot is relatively far from the cutter.
These double featherboards can be used with the same versatility as single featherboards. Additionally, they are stackable for use with taller workpieces. The longer screws required for this are included in the delivery. The distance between the two combs is 11 mm. Double featherboards can also be used with 19 mm slots and 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) T-slots.
