These bench dogs are made of aluminum. They have a flat side for the workpiece and an edge that helps to keep them stable on the work surface. The bench dogs fit very snugly into 19 mm (3/4 inch) holes, allowing them to effectively handle horizontal forces without being pulled out of the bench.
When used together with the Worksurface, you can utilize the precise hole grid of the Worksurface to position workpieces quickly, accurately, and repeatably. This ensures that the workpieces always have the same distance and angle (90° or 45°) to the T-slot rails. The flat side is 20.6 mm (13/16 inch) wide and 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) high.
