The tension arm of the Matchfit dovetail clamp is positioned in matching grooves of the part to be clamped. This allows you to clamp it onto the workpiece without the tension arms getting in the way while working. This greatly expands your possibilities when creating stop extensions, tables, workstations, and custom rail systems. You can now clamp away from the edge as well. The dovetail clamps allow for unlimited sizes of stops since the tension arm slides through a groove and is not stopped by the rail like other clamps. Build a stable work surface for your largest projects. Increase the height of the fence on your table saw, or enlarge the infeed table. The dovetail clamps securely hold the extensions at the ends of the table saw fence without them bending out.
