Small, practical hand saw with a red beech wood handle fixed in a proven angled position. Equipped with a universal coping saw blade of 150 mm length (pin saw blade), which can be replaced according to application with special blades for metal or wood.

Made in Germany by Josef Haunstetter.

In general, hacksaws are designed to cut on the push stroke, meaning the teeth face away from the handle. However, since the PUK saw frames 300, 305, and PUKY do not have a tensioning screw and instead rely on the tension of the saw frame to hold the blade, the teeth should face towards the handle. In certain rare exceptions, the blade can loosen when push-cutting if the frame is compressed in the process. This can cause the blade to detach and pose a risk of injury to the user. Therefore, we always recommend using these PUK saw frames to cut on the pull stroke.
