This fully functional small plane is a 1:3 scale model of the Veritas small router plane. It is therefore perfect as a fascinating gift for any woodworker. The plane is 76 mm long and weighs only 85 g. The plane body and fence are made of cast iron, the other metal parts are made of steel, and the handle is made of wood. The blade for planing grooves is made of A2 steel and is 2.4 mm wide. The fence is adjustable to set the distance of the groove from the edge of the workpiece.
The plane is delivered in a matching faux leather box.
