This mini version of the Veritas Low-Angle Block Plane is only one-third as long and wide as the original version. Its length is 89 mm and its width is 20.6 mm.
The blade, made of A2 steel, is 15.9 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick. The bevel has an angle of 25°. Combined with the bed angle of 12°, this results in an effective cutting angle of 38°. The Norris-style adjuster allows for precise adjustment of the shaving thickness. This plane is fully functional.
The plane body is made of stainless cast steel and has a non-adjustable mouth. The sides and sole are finely machined. The handle and knob are made of Bubinga. Weight approx. 64 g.
