These handy little tenon cutters are available in 5 sizes from 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6.3 mm to 12.7 mm). These tenon cutters can be used for many things, such as latticework, toys, small furniture, etc.
All sizes feature a straight-edged blade that cuts a 60° shoulder – by the way, in contrast to the large tenon cutters from Veritas, which cut a rounded shoulder.
The 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 inch tenon cutters cut tenons with a length of 1 inch (25.4 mm). The 7/16 and 1/2 inch tenon cutters cut tenons with a length of 1-3/8 inch (34.9 mm).
A brass blade setting gauge is included. The shaft is round with a diameter of 3/8 inch (9.5 mm). For use in an electric hand drill – not in a table or stand drill press.
